Product Videos on Amazon

While helping ALEKO grow its positive feedback, I produced a series of videos with instructions on how to assemble some of the products. Not every listing was allowed to have a video next to product photos, so I included those in the product review section instead. Amazon then featured those videos in their "Videos for this product" section, and customers could learn more about the product before committing to purchase.

Such an approach increased awareness about products, led to more sales, and decreased returns, as customers had a better idea of what they get. Instructional videos with tips on setting up products gained even more popularity.

As a result of improving the content of product listings, they started gaining more positive reviews. Using instructional videos, customers could get on track fast and less likely to think their product was defective.
